Arsenal's defender Gabriel Magalhaes will be sidelined for the remainder of the season due to a hamstring injury that necessitates surgery, confirmed the Premier League team.  The Gunners player suffered a hamstring injury in the first half of their 2-1 win against Fulham in the Premier League on Tuesday night.  Gabriel will now be absent for the remainder of the Premier League season, as Arsenal also strives for the Champions League title with a two-legged quarter-final against Real Madrid starting next week.  In response to the injury following the game, Arteta informed reporters: “Concerned because he always wants to stay on and he had to leave."  "He's uncertain about its size and what it truly is, but he sensed he couldn't go on."  When questioned about Gabriel's fitness for the Champions League match against Real Madrid next week, Arteta responded: “It depends; there’s a week ahead, but given how he usually is… challenging.”  Transfer specialist Fab...

Chelsea discover severity of Noni Madueke's hamstring injury

• Madueke hobbled off with an injury during a 3-0 loss to Brighton.

• Winger poised to be out for multiple weeks

• Blues encountering slight injury issues in offense

A report has disclosed that Chelsea will be missing injured winger Noni Madueke until following the international break in March.

Madueke hobbled off prematurely during Chelsea's 3-0 loss to Brighton & Hove Albion last week, with manager Enzo Maresca promptly acknowledging his concern that the winger might be out for an extended period.

Currently, The Telegraph has disclosed that Madueke will stay sidelined until post the international break at the end of March.

Although Madueke's absence is a clear setback for Chelsea, there is a prevailing belief that he has steered clear of a serious injury and will not require a lengthy recovery time as was first worried.

Madueke joins striker Nicolas Jackson on the sidelines until after March’s international break, while another forward, Marc Guiu, adds to the collection of hamstring injuries. Maresca expressed worries that the latter might be out for "several weeks or even months."

Chelsea are presently experiencing a terrible stretch of form, and losing Madueke will not assist Maresca in his attempt to halt their decline. Christopher Nkunku, Jadon Sancho, Pedro Neto, and Tyrique George are the sole senior players available to join Cole Palmer in Chelsea's forward lineup.

Prior to the March international break, Chelsea will face Aston Villa, Southampton, Leicester City, and Arsenal, with Tottenham Hotspur as their initial opponent upon returning on 2 April.
